Over the last couple of Sundays, we have learned a lot about the Psalms. From helping us to find the right words when expressing grief, frustration or celebrations to helping us understand that whatever we might be facing, we are not the first, and God’s grace can help us through as it helped all the Psalmists centuries ago. This week we looked at the message of hope that the Psalms brings to life. Hope for the time we are living in, hope for getting through whatever we might be facing and hope for a restorative future in Christ. All of this hope is grounded in the steadfast goodness of God. It is a refuge, a stronghold for us today like it was yesterday for the Psalmist and will be forever and ever
