Jesus calmed a natural storm on Lake Galilee and, right after that, a demonic storm in a possessed man's life. Jesus demonstrated His power and authority with both these events to bring undeniable change to our circumstances and lives. This can be intimidating because we are left with no excuse for the life we lead. Our lives can change dramatically, all we need to do is surrender it to Jesus. Just like the healed demoniac became a testimony of Jesus' mercy and power, our own testimonies of transformation can draw people closer to Jesus and change our communities.
